Celeste Mastin joined MMI as President and Chief Operating Officer. In that newly created position, Celeste led business unit Presidents and functional VPs to implement the company’s strategic direction. Celeste has a wealth of diversified experience in senior management roles in industrial and construction-related industries. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Growth and Development at Ferro Corporation. Her prior roles included general management of several multi-million dollar global businesses and international operations as well as global sales and marketing roles early in her career at Shell Chemical and Total SA. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering with a minor in mathematics from Washington State University and she holds an MBA magna cum laude from the University of Houston. She, her husband and two children presently reside in Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, Celeste is President of the newest Oldcastle Group: MMI Products, Inc.
